7.02 Take the following actions regarding Huff’s Corner bank stabilization project: (Potential general fund impact ranges from $118,387 to $1,837,778) (Bencomo/Moore)
B. Approved a contract amendment to Agreement No. 2006-0358 with Questa Engineering Corporation for a not-to-exceed amount of $154,000 to provide construction inspection and biological services and authorized the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign the amendment.
C. Return to the Board for consideration of funds from a different sourceAuthorized a transfer of up to $1,837,778 from the general fund for the project in the event that State and Federal funds are not forthcoming in a timely manner.
D. Authorized the Director of the Department of Planning, Resources and Public Works to execute construction contract change orders on the project that exceed $20,000, to the extent the total construction contract amount does not exceed $1,569,734.
