Minute Order No. 08-151:  Approved recommended action by Resolution No. 08-94, with edits to the Budget Resolution and Exhibit 1 (as indicated on the above revised Budget Resolution & Exhibit 1) as follows:  (1) to dedicate an investigator within the District Attorney’s office for early fraud investigations, and to provide $50,000 in general fund for a legal secretary position; (2) to return to the Board of Supervisors on July 24 with technical actions to implement these changes, (3) to return in six months to the Board of Supervisors for a status report on these changes, and (4) to reflect the actions of the Board of Supervisors on Pomona fund appropriations (as listed in minute orders 08- 145 through 08-150).
