Minute Order No. 08-61: After a public hearing regarding the Old Sugar Mill Specific Plan, the Board of Supervisors approved recommended actions "A" through "G" by Resolution Nos. 08-35, 08-36, Zone Ordinance No. 681.214, Ordinance No. 1368 and Agreement No. 08-51, with the following edits: A. Resolution No. 08-35, attachment “A” with an edit to page 11 of exhibit “A” to reflect 0.25 acres for the pool site and an edit to page 19 of exhibit “A” to reflect payment of insurance premiums for a period of one year for each of the market rate units, and six years for each of the affordable units. B. Resolution No. 08-36, attachment “B” with an edit to page 4 of exhibit “A” to reflect 0.25 acres for the pool site and an edit to page 5 of exhibit “A” to reflect payment of insurance premiums for a period of one year for each of the market rate units and six years for each of the affordable units.
D. Ordinance 1368, attachment “E” with an edit to page 2 of exhibit “A” to reflect 0.25 acres for the pool site and an edit to page 5 of exhibit “A” to reflect payment of insurance premiums for a period of one year for each of the market rate units and six years for each of the affordable units.
