Julia McKeever addressed the Board.
Mike - receive update and the board re-affirms their existing positions.
Provenza - litigation question
Provenza - is money on the table to address mitigation impact? Julia - not sure, don't know final wording yet;
Matt - we have our set of principles, don't think they need to change.
Duane - questions - how could you have ag preservation and have habitat restoration.
Mike - there is going to be aquatic/habitat restoration.
Provenza, that yolo county and other counties also have a seat at the table.
Helen - need to work w/Congress to make this happen. the only one that has money is fed. gov't.
Provenza - our delta policies still cover what we need; it may be usefull to talk about a comprehensive package.
