Phil Pogledich addressed the Board on fees. Sup rexroad we need to have a standard plan, what is the best way to determine the standard plan?

Terry Discussed the fee structure. Sup Chamberlain - can any of this money go into fixing the low water bridge? Patrick suggested to move to a second reading with amendments that include a three tier structure.

Terry Discussed the fee structure. Sup Chamberlain - can any of this money go into fixing the low water bridge? Patrick suggested to move to a second reading with amendments that include a three tier structure.
