Chris Lee addressed the Board. Amalia Freedman addressed the Board. Goal would determine if there was a benefit to consolidating. Improved service , enhancement and reduced cost of care are main goals of study. Study conducted in 4 phases. Hope to bring back recommendations in August. Stakeholder input is critical to this analysis. Analysis of opportunities, not just consolidation or integration at this point. Matt has some concerns about the end result in hiring someone at the end of this process who can handle this job. Pat spoke to Matt about his concerns that maybe one person in charge may not be the answer but this study will allow the County to evaluate what would work best.
Will bring a range of options back to the Board.

Shortage of staff in assigning the monitors. Regardless of intervention, if you use risk means as the approach, it would be more effective. find out what you are trying to accomplish. Collect and report regularly the data on these programs.

Chris Lee addressed the Board. Amalia Freedman addressed the Board. Goal would determine if there was a benefit to consolidating. Improved service , enhancement and reduced cost of care are main goals of study. Study conducted in 4 phases. Hope to bring back recommendations in August. Stakeholder input is critical to this analysis. Analysis of opportunities, not just consolidation or integration at this point. Matt has some concerns about the end result in hiring someone at the end of this process who can handle this job. Pat spoke to Matt about his concerns that maybe one person in charge may not be the answer but this study will allow the County to evaluate what would work best.

Shortage of staff in assigning the monitors. Regardless of intervention, if you use risk means as the approach, it would be more effective. find out what you are trying to accomplish. Collect and report regularly the data on these programs.
