Jim's preference would be to extend this as a Pilot Project for a year, since we don't have a lot of data yet. Matt - consistently monitoring this as we go along. And are we saving resources in order to use the money elsewhere? Should allocate resources for prevention - we should see these savings and reduce budget accordingly. Jim thinks this should be a pilot project for 3 years, the same length as the MHSA plan.
