Real issue is in securing the documents. Enrollment piece is fine. Doing well in Woodland and West Sac, not so much in Davis. Should put resources in KL, Brooks and Clarksburg. Who is our target audience? Difficult for students to obtain food stamps because if they're attending school half time, then they must meet certain criterion. Went over criteria. Who meets the eligibility requirements? Tell folks to apply and then they can make that determination.
